On 24 March we held an information evening for interested volunteers at Rickards Hall in Edenbridge. We were delighted by the turnout and the number of expressions of interest. Our thanks to Legrys of Edenbridge for hosting the event and providing all the refreshments.
We are looking for part time volunteers to welcome visitors to the museum for a half-day each week, and also for volunteers to help run our program of activities, where the commitment would be one or two half-days or evenings per month
We are also looking to attract a part-time Volunteering Manager to co-ordinate our volunteers, and a part-time Events Administrator to help plan and manage the logistics of our programme of activities.
Full training and support will be given, and we have a budget of £7.50 per day to cover volunteer expenses. We are an equal opportunities employer.
