Dear Sharpshooter,
It is that time of year when I need to get the bid in for tickets to the Field of Remembrance at Westminster Abbey. I have 30 tickets – the same as last year.
Please note the following details for the day:
Date: Thursday 8th November
Time: Gates open at 0845-1030hrs. You must be in by then and entry is by ticket only. The tickets will be available on a first come/ first served basis so please get your bids in early.
VIP: A senior member of the Royal Family
Dress: Suits/blazers with Regimental tie and Full Size Medals. Please dress warmly and of course hip flasks are recommended.
Lunch: To be advised.
As of today - 27th August - there are 14 tickets remaining.
