C (Kent and Sharpshooters Yeomanry) Squadron, The Royal Yeomanry
The Royal Yeomanry is a Light Cavalry Regiment equipped with RWMIK (Land Rover Re-life Weapons Mounted Installation Kit).
The unit is roled to provide a strategically deployable light reconnaissance capability which is employable across a wide
range of operations from Peace Support Operations through to stabilisation interventions, to enabling roles in major combat operations.
The squadron is based at Sharpshooter House, Mitcham Road Barracks Croydon and has a detachment based at Combermere Barracks in Windsor.
We are recruiting now, and would be pleased to hear from you, whatever your interest in the military. If you have the motivation,
drive and desire to push yourself out of your normal working life you can find yourself operating some of the British army's latest equipment.
