Kent Yeomanry RA 1930-1939

In 1938, the Regiment was reorganised as

  • —97th (Kent Yeomanry) Field Regiment RA—

In 1939 a second line regiment was formed as

  • —143rd (Kent Yeomanry) Field Regiment RA—

385 and 387 Batteries remained with the 97th.

386 and 388 went to the 143rd.

Each Regiment then formed a third battery.
