Newsletters Through The Lens
The Newsletters of recent years have become part of the folk-lore of the Association, with each edition increasing in size and quality of content during the era of Bob Moore as Editor for the 15 editions through to 2001 and then Roy Cawston through to 2005. They make an almost unique archive in term of content and quality of the articles and the information they pass onto the future generations of Sharpshooters.
Simon Malik and Andrew Smith our editorial team have now introduced full colour to the Newsletter online and "The Sharpshooter" is available as an eBook containing all known editions since WW2 to the present day.
The Association has been into published communication since the 1940s with the many editions of the "Sharpshooters Gazette" a miracle in publication at a time of paper rationing. They were a proper magazine, professionally presented, printed and bound. They make for fascinating reading. Below are a selection of past and current editions.
